When you create an account on tahun, you agree to our terms of use. These terms outline your responsibilities, our policies on deposits and withdrawals, how we settle games and tournaments, and what happens if disputes arise. We enforce these terms consistently and fairly across all account holders.

Account opening and eligibility on tahun

Withdrawal reversals and refunds
Once a withdrawal is sent to the payment partner, we cannot retrieve it. If your destination payment method is incorrect or closed, the funds may be returned to us, and we will credit your tahun account. Recovery may take several business days.

Settlement rules vary by game type:

All settlements are final once confirmed. We do not reverse settled outcomes except in cases of technical error, cheating, or fraud. If you believe a settlement is incorrect, contact our support team with the relevant bet or game details, and we will investigate.
Tournament terms on tahun
We run seasonal tournaments across our slot library and esports markets. Tournament terms include:

Tournament recognition (badges, seasonal profile badges) is non-transferable and for display purposes only. Tournaments do not award cash prizes; all winnings come from individual game play, not tournament placement.
Conduct we prohibit on tahun
We enforce strict conduct standards. Prohibited actions include:
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or exploit promotions.
- Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to play games or place bets.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate leaderboards or tournament outcomes.
